Did the car have a manual trans? I am looking for the parts to convert a '71 302 from auto to 4sp manual.

Let me know.

: Just letting everyone know that my newest Mav is now for sale. It's, I believe, a 71, maybe a 70 Grabber. It is in fair condition with the Grabber hood (with scoops) and spoiler still on it. The hood itself is in pretty good shape--a little wavy on one of the sides but an easy fix. The bozo that I got it from decided that he wanted "ram air" though so he cut the center out of the inserts on each side. The spoiler is in fair, usable condition. This car was a drag car. It has a tube chassis in the back with wheel tubs and subframe connectors. Also has a roll bar. The rear end and has been removed and the interior is pretty bare. There is some pretty good chrome on the car (around the windows and the roof rail molding). The grill is gone and the rear valence as well. It does have disk brakes up front, if I remember correctly. It is a very good candidate for a cheap base for a race car project, not to mention it still has the hood and spoiler. If I were to build this car, however, I would redo the welds on the tube chassis as they are not the best, but it is all there. Again, this car is in fair condition and is well worth the $150 I'll take for it. I got it for $150, but don't need it so it's now up for grabs. It is in Augusta, GA and will need to be picked up. However, if someone were to come and just strip the car of whatever they wanted for $150, because they don't want to trailer the whole car back, then I will dispose of whatever is left. A very good deal for someone interested in building a drag car or who simply wants some parts. If anyone is seriously interested I can work on getting some pictures to email. I think I remember everything about it, I haven't looked at it real close yet. Tim
