Late 60's Mustang 9" rearend

This friend of mine knows were there is a 9" rearend out of a Mustang. He's said that its around a 64-67 mustang it came out of. Was woundering if this would bolt in or if I would have to move the pads, and if it is the right length. I have a 71 Maverick Grabber. Thanks
