How do I value a 1977 Ford Maverick?

Hi. My grandmother has been approach several times regarding selling her 1977 Ford Maverick. She is close to 80 years old and does not drive anymore. The car has less than 45,000 and a little surface rust. Any thoughts on the retail value? KBB.com was no help... Thanks!
