They make a bellhousing that will bolt a C4 to a 460?
: the big question is, for what reason are you going to a C-6 for? I've seen C-4s behind 460s and they work fine. Not only is a C-6 heavier and bigger, it takes more horsepower to spin it. Beef up a C-4, you'll find it'll work fine, weigh less and give you more horsepower at the rear wheels. The factory used a C-6 because it is stronger in stock form. And in the early days of auto trans that was the way to go.
: : Does anyone know where to get a crossmember for a 1970 maverick
: : that will support a C-6 trans.
