I responded to an ad on "Hemmings motor news" and this guy turned out to be a total jagoff. He has a 70 Grabber in disrepair with a extra Grabber hood (with scoops) . He sent pictures, and belive me it wasn't worth the $1700 that he is asking. Now being very polite, I asked if he would be interested in selling the hood alone. Well needless to say he proceed to call me a tire kicker and Mavericks suck and why would I even want to buy a piece of shit like a Maverick. Now wait a minute....
Isn't he the one selling a Maverick in the first place? Now this was started on Monday and we have wrote to each other every day for the last week. "Insults flying" ;o)
I wish that I could find a way to post all of our transactions to one another. You would all get a good laugh. I think I finally got the upper hand on him now. The insults have died down and now it's just a battle of wits.
I would give his E-Mail address to you all but that wouldn't be right.
I know what I have, and I'm damn proud of it!!! So the hell with him.
It's not like he is the only other person out there with a UNIQUE car.
