It was the same hassle for me. The person you talked to just answers the phone. He'll give the VIN to Reasearch and they'll know what to do with it. We'll have those guys knowing what a Maverick by the time we're done ...LOL -CP
: The guy I talked to sounded like a colege kid. I told him I had a '71 Mav, and Gave them the VIN. He told me that the VIN was 18 Digits. I replied it's a 1971. He was quite confused. After a while I got the point across, at least I hope I did. He said he would contact research, and have them send me the info I requested. At least he knew what a History 999 Report was.
