I just rebuilt the Carb so nothing should be dirty. I assume the checkvalve is the needle and seat of which I replaced.
I also made sure the float level is good. Besides I thought the hand choke or any other choke
sucks more fuel into the car not reducing it. So if it was flooded wouldn't there be even more fuel present. I'm thinking lack of fuel.
