Its actually a Inline six. I got lucky and found ford manuals for my 71 in a used bookstore all five for around $25. Try bibliofind.com, or ebay is sometimes a good source. I dont recommend the parts store versions(haynes, chiltons), they are to general, and not very helpful. Have fun with your mav, i just purchased my second one, a 72 v8 grabber, they are a blast! (so now i need to trade my 71's for some 72 manuals!)
