Yeah, it fits jsut fine, it is only .5" wider than the 302. The only problem is that you can't use the stock exhaust headers because they hit the shock towers. I think that a lot of the tube headers work just fine, but they also make some specific swap headers. Basically waht i was wasking Aaron was if he used swap headers, or if he knew of any tube headers that worked okay....
