:you can change just the pitman arm and center link only, but drive it for awhile to see if you like it. you may want to change to the manual steering box if it doesn't steer quick enough they do use different ratios, the center link is the big thing. PST has them for $75 for a new manual center link. This is one place junk yard stuff will get you killed if you use it. Just think what might happen if a ball joint pots out.
I have a 72 v8 with power steering, it works fine but I have heard that I need to remove it to swap in a 351W, is this true? What is involved in the manual steering swap? Thanx
