Petronix also markets an electronic ignition conversion kit that fits completely under the distributor cap. Just hook up two wires to the terminals on the coil and you're all set. Best of all, you don't have to replace anything (not even the distributor--just rip out the points/condensor first).

I bought a '67 Mustang a year ago with this setup, and it's run perfect the whole time I've had it so far. From the adds, it looks like the cost should be equal to or less than buying all the parts for a Duraspark ignition system and retrifitting it in. I believe I've seen them for $60 to $70 depending on where you buy from.

Good luck,
Joe

PS--Duraspark is a good system, though. My '76 Comet got over 21 years and 170,000 miles without replacing ANYTHING except the cap, rotor, and wires.
