My father looked into that for our '85 Bronco, but price was really prohibitive. I'd go with a Ford EFI setup. Cost would be about the same, and it'd be more familiar to Ford guys (projection is loosely based on GM TBI). I drive my mav everyday with a carb, and its not that bad, either, but If you really want fuel injection, I'd stick with Ford. Ford Motorsport has a harness for older conversions in the catalog.
Pro-jection is a good system, but is more suited for engines that never had fuel injection stock. Ford has already designed a fuel-injection setup specifically for the 302, and I think it would be a better choice. -CP

: Anyone use a Holley projection system? I'm thinking of buying a Projection (2 injector, non digital) for my 302 thats currently in my MAverick. I assume it would be a little better then a well tuned carb (or a lot better then a junk carb, hahaha). My question is, are they worth buying? Reliability and milage are my two main concerns as I drive my Maverick A LOT.
