I agree with you Ken. I don't believe that the manifolds had ever been changed on my parts car. I'm not sure why they have the standard log type on the passenger side and the clearly better flowing "downward" facing manifold on the driver side. Perhaps clearance issues where at hand. I wonder if there is a passenger side manifold from another ford model similar to the mavs driver side manifold? In looking at the design, the driver side probably flows similarly to a cheap set of headers whereas the passenger side probably does not! Any thoughts?
