The fluid capacity is 12.3 qts and final level is determined by the dip stick. On a cold check look at the end of the dipstick for two punch marks. The correct level will be between these two marks. Fluid expands when hot and will rise into the crosshatched area to show the correct level.
I would run the engine to operating temp then chech the level (with engine running).
I can't give the TV port pressure except to say it would be around 50lbs.+/-. On the drivers side of the trans there are 3 port plugs. The one that is a bit higher and in the middle is the TV port.
You might consider checking with a parts store like Auto Zone or ?? to see what a rebuilt unit would cost. I would expect around $750.
There's no other specs that would be of use at this time.
Have you tried the adjustment precedure I previously reccomended?
Sorry that it isn't working out as you hoped and we would like to see the AOD stay.
Good luck and have patinence. You have not done these things before so theres a learning curve.
Ken
