no honestly, i have not tried your methods previously mentioned because i have not had the chance to crawl underneath the car in order to look at the tranny. hopefully soon i shall look at the points you have mentioned and try adjusting some.i was just curious as to the basic needs of the tranny today, so i just wanted fluid info and other assorted basics. then i am going to attempt the other mentioned more difficult work. thanks for all the advice and time. hopefully soon she will be out and about tearing things up.
