Cars that are driven short distances never get the engine hot enough to burn off the excess water that builds up in them. If the car is just driven a few miles to work or school that might be the cause. If thats the case drive the car for some time and get it good and warm and see if that makes a differance. my $.02 Russ PS nice call Paulie :)
