250 CID Oil Pressure/Water Temp readings

I just installed a set of mechnical guages in my 70, and I want to know the "idle" oil prssure and water temp for my 250 CID. Pressure I have now is about 18-22 lbs at idle and 170-200 degrees at 50 degress ambient air temp. What can I expect for at 2500 rpm for the above ???
