Ooo-k well you need to now find out if its water.
Sample gas from the fuel in the carb into a glass. If theres water you will see it balled up on the bottom.
If so there's drygas to put in the tank. It needs some time to work or drain the tank and still put some in.
If the carb pump shot is good and heavy the engine will take it without hesitation unless water is present.
About all I can help with unless you find somthing else.
