I shift at 6,000 rpms, somtimes 6500 too. The shop that did mine has an excellent reputation and even gives one year warranties on transmissions that he knows will be used for racing. I think it's just one of those things with the slipping ya know. Could have something to do with the AZ. heat and cruising around at 4000 rpm on the freeway.
