If you think $1.60 is bad, my area has regular for 1.89 as the cheapest and premium goes a tad above $2. I lived in So Cal BTW. I had heard that our Electricity problem has triggered our price increase because of the pumps. Even though they use the same amount of power, the power prices are now much higher resulting in higher fuel prices. We should all be thankful we don't live in Europe though, we would all be fighting over the I-6's we are currently trying to avoid. :)
