It is a 302 Block,

You have to bore it out and stroke it, plus notch the block in a few places.

The Crank, rods, bearing, and pistons are all the kit, best way to go.

Heads will depend on usage, remember the 351W head sizes, The best way to utialized the stroked kit is to have heads tha braethe, but you can add them later.

You'll have to have a good trans and rearend to go with it. Otherwise they'll be broke all the time.

Plus a good oil pan and windage tray, Dist, probably a alunium raditor & waterpump. Headers & good exhaust. Think of it as a "Package" not a engine swap.
