Engine balance !

As you all suggested, I’m thinking on buying the 302 à 347 stroker kit, but all the shops that sell it said that it is not balanced.

Ok, what is a balance engine ? please be as explicit as possible.

BTW some of you might remember I was looking for some Comet tail lights, I’ve got them, I went to a swapmeet here in Mexico and they there ware, one EXCELENT complete set.
