73 Cougar Tail-lights

I know older Cougar tail-lights have been done, but has anyone considered swapping in those from an early 70's Cougar? Take a look at the pics below & see what you think. The first one is a set of bezels that are on ebay right now, second is the rear of a 73 Cougar, and third (thanks to Ryan) is a nice shot of a Maverick rear. How much modification would be involved? Would it be worth it? Just a thought :) I can't remember if this board allows HTML tags, so if they don't show up, just cut and paste the links if you want to see what I'm talking about.
