Proof is on the way as to the existence of a
SHELBY MAVERICK.
As an avid E-bay buyer I have just won the bid
on a magazine from 1970 stating that there is an
article re: the SHELBY MAVERICK. Important to note
is the disclosure in the description that this car is a 'one off by a New Jersey Ford Dealer'.
As soon as I get the magazine I will let you guys
know what it says-maybe even post some pics. This
may answer some questions as to the rumors of a Shelby version of the Maverick, but I have a feeling will not prove that others do not exist, unless Mr. Shelby himself addresses that in the magazine.
