the 360 is the truck version of the old 352FE, C-6 is big and heavy. The only thing you could do with it, bore it out to a 390, cn be done sports fans, and throw in a 390 crank and have a 390. 360 crank is forged steel due to being a truck engine.
Still a pain in your Maverick and very nose heavy after it's done. Might as well put a 427 in there. Same block and weight. And what a screamer that would be.
: Hey guyz, i work with this dude (the same dude that sold me those cragar SS's way cheap) and he has this Jeep with a Ford 360 in it. he is offering to sell me the engine and the tranny (most likely a C6 he says cuz the jeep is 4x4) for $300 bux?? i was wondering if you guyz could .. uh... advise me on this issue. like would the block fit resonably well?? is the tranny swapable? is the block even worth it?? like just give me any and all input you need.
