I've owned a bunch of the 60 thru 63 models including a 2 door wagon(I wish I still had). I think they are great cars & have alot of potential. Engine compartments are small, but then were used to that. The 66 thru 68 are even rarer to find & I would definately buy it. Even if you dont want to fix it up now chances are it would not be around later.

: Sorry this is a bit off topic, but...

: My brother and I were combing junkyards this past week and we found a 1969 Falcon Futura Sports Coupe. It has no engine or trans, but the rest of the car is spotless and complete. Guy wants $150.00 for it ($200 by the time he tows it to my brother's house). My bro is a big GM guy, but doesn't have a project right now & I would like to see him get into a nice Ford (a real car, for once). Plus, with me building a 71 Grabber, the cars are similar enough that we can pool resources (and strike up a friendly competition of sorts).

: So I guess I am just wanting opinions regarding the project-worthiness of Falcons, and whether that model is one that would be worth the time and effort. Any and all opinions are appreciated.

: P.S. The pic is just of a similar falcon that I found on the net. I think it makes a pretty cool ride, so help me convince my brother to buy it, will ya!
