I am installing from underneath. The only thing I can think of is the car may need to be a little higher in the air to allow for a little more manuvering. The passenger side went on easy, the other one seems awful stubborn. Fought with it for about an hour last night...
: Are you installing from the top of the bottom? If you are trying to put them in from the top....try putting them in from underneath.

: : I am TRYING to install my engine (302), and have a set of Headman headers which I am TRYING to install. I have the engine in the car and have the passenger side header on the engine. The drivers side is being a @#$* pain in the a$$. I have lifted the engine up about three inches with no noticable increas in clearance. I have also turned the sterring wheel all of the way to the right to get the pitman arm out of the way. This is a power steering car and I have also installed the drop bracket for the booster cylinder. Any body have any ideas? Something tells me I am overlooking something simple....
