Take the motor mount off the driver's side and lower the engine. Also make sure the bolt holes are drilled in the proper place. Have seen them out of alignment by just a little which will make it a bitch.

: I am TRYING to install my engine (302), and have a set of Headman headers which I am TRYING to install. I have the engine in the car and have the passenger side header on the engine. The drivers side is being a @#$* pain in the a$$. I have lifted the engine up about three inches with no noticable increas in clearance. I have also turned the sterring wheel all of the way to the right to get the pitman arm out of the way. This is a power steering car and I have also installed the drop bracket for the booster cylinder. Any body have any ideas? Something tells me I am overlooking something simple....

: Thanks,
: Brian
