Will 351W fit w/out torch and welder?

Guys-
Has anyone tried shoehorning the 5.7/351W engine into the stock
bay of a Comet/Maverick? I know that it is a little wider and taller
than the 289/302 cid engine. Where am I going to see problems?
Block clearance? Exhaust manifold/header clearance? Hood clearance?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
