They don't blink as they are wired at the factory...but you can rewite them like I did,through the turn signal circuit and they WILL blink...the side markers will be on when the turn signals are off and vice-versa when the headlights/parking lights are on...and blink in unison with the turn signals when the headlights/parking lights are off. They will function normally as marker lights when the turn signals are shut off.
Never could figure out why Ford didn't just wire them this way to begin with...
