: engine overall size, heads, manifolds, guts, cams, dist, all the pumps, block, etc. Just about nothing swaps from one to the other.

: : So what are the differances in the 351's? I've heard of Windsors and cleavelands but I'm a tad confused? -----------------------

youd better know what you want, because not a whole lot is interchangable.
youre probably better off with the windsor IMHO.
and because it would be somewhat easier to shoe-horn into a maverick.
a cleveland can make more horsepower, but its a dinosaur now.
technology is still being developed for windsors.
a cleveland is a more "broadshouldered" engine than windsors.
if money is no object, Id go cleveland! the clevelands just have a mystique. ive owned several, and midrange power is its thing.
would be cool in a maverick.
