The floor shifter in my opinion is pretty rare. We would have to see pictures of the mav to guesstimate at the value. Most people see mavericks as the 'Red Headed stepchild in the blue oval family' (thanks to Mustangs and fords for that quote) Some other people see mavericks and fall in love. You probobly won't get back what what you put into it, but hey if your gonna do all that work yourself, why would you want to sell it? Mavericks compared to new cars are a walk in the park to work on.
