i think 100% of the posters here, think it would be a devestating mistake. since we havent heard back from you, i was curious to know what you decided to do?
if you installed that 360, you might as well get a trailer hitch and buy a boat. thats about all your maverick would be good for.
i hope we were able to convince you that big, heavy, and lethargic is not an ideal powerplant for your maverick.
just in case you are still considering it....
look thru your speed shop catalog and compare 302 prices against the dinosaur 360. i think you will see the light finally.
