If you're leaking that much, it should be easy to tell where the fluid is coming from. If it's a fairly new pump, try checking your steering box, especially around the Pitman arm... in plain English it's the bar that moves the steering linkage from side to side when you turn the steering column. I've had Fords with bad Pitman arm seals before, and they can cause significant leaks. Good luck.
