with a good touch and a BMF hammer.
Actually you can just take it good to a shop and have thm weld up the system, using 2 1/4" all the way back to the bumper with a dual system and "H" pipe in the best spot. Bad thing about Mavs is they weren't designed for duals so gas tank can be a problem. Good shops can deal with it. Stang system will work back to a point. then it has to be custom made.
: Tom is correct. Don't go cheap. However, you may be able to find a reputable shop that will install a good system for a little less. I just had a nice true dual system installed on my buick 455 powered 85 regal and it was 267.00 with taxes. The mav should be at least as easy if not easier to do. Ask around! PS, the regal is a 2.5" system with turbo mufflers. Toms system is nicer with 3", but the small 302 should be fine with something smaller. Although, I'll bet that Toms system sounds great! Good luck
