Where it sat makes no difference. The fact that it has SAT so long makes the difference.

: For those of you who responded to my post on 8/23/00 and provied me with the pros and cons of buying the '75 Mav with 40K miles, thanks. Now, would it make any difference regarding these aspects of repair
: -Rebuilding the Transmission
: -Rebuilding the entire braking system
: -Will probably need a new heater core
: -Gas tank is full of rust, will need removed, cleaned, and resealed.
: -The Fuel sender probably will fail soon, very hard to find part.
: -Power Steering will start leaking
: -Carb will need rebuilt
: ...if the car were kept from the weather for most of its years? As far as I know, the car has been kept in some sort of shed or barn, on and off, over the past 25 years. What might be my chances of getting away with having to make the majority of the repairs listed, or is there little difference to be had with keeping the car inside or out?
: Thanks,
: Adam
