My '72 Sat for a few MONTHS untouched... it needed ALL of the above. Even if it was run on and off (with the gas tank in such a condition I have my doubts) you MUST remember that this is a 25+ year old car that sounds like it's been neglected... I drove Alice for several months with a bad heater core.
NO ONE here will knock a Mav BUT from what WE can see, you're being taken advantage of with the price. Mav's as a rule were considered "throw away cars" and it's only rarely that you come across one that has been baby'd... in most cases they were driven till they dropped and replaced.
Don't judge us too harshly, we're only offering our advice... however, if you Do decide to go withthis deal you can ALWAYS come here!
