I used a DuraSpark from a 1983 F-150, and my car runs great. It will
be a bit of a pain to get the wiring right. If I can find the diagrams
I used, I will send them to you. This mod is not only cheaper, it will
give you more power and a smoother running engine. Also, get an aftermarket
coil, one with a good kick (Accel super coil is what I used), and it just
