Unfortunately finding one is the hardest part. You might want to try a Ford dealership first off. What ever you do, "DON'T" by a replacement rubber piece only, if you buy one it must come complete because the Ford piece has the pins pressed on and they are not removable(unless a machine shop can do it) which hold the rubber to the metal sleeve that connects to the gear box. What you have to do to remove the entire thing is fairly easy, just unbolt the column from the rag joint, then there is another bolt on the sleeve of the ragjoint that holds the sleeve to the gear box, and that must be removed fully in order to get the ragjoint off. Sorry if this is confusing, if you get it off it should make sense. Mine went bad recently too, and I bought one of those rubber replacement pieces and found out it was usless.
