I know the bottoms of the seats is different. the back is the same I think.

: Will the back seat from a early model mav fit in a mav with the seatbelt openings, late model, did they change the seats somewhere in there? On early ones there is no lump in the rear kick panel for the seat belt but there is a big lump on these ones.
