Paulie; I know what you mean. I sent my Mav into the paint shop about a month
and a half ago, at what was an agreed to price. But...as all things are, the
car was rough, and the body shop owner said that the job had hidden problems,
which it did, and the price ended up being twice what was agreed to. But, this
included a few things I wanted, plus I had to get two new body panels. So,
things are getting expensive. But the car is worth it, and even if it wasn't,
it is my baby, so I will complete it, and drive on. Good luck with Alice,
and let us know how the swap turns out. Earl
