Find a really skinny person with long arms. Just kidding. There are about 12 or so nuts on the underside of the dash. You will need to take out the guage cluster, the heater controls, and the ash tray, to get to the nuts. There are also 2 small screws on the ends of the dash pad that are a little tuff to get at. A 1/4 inch drive ratchet with about 9" of extentions will make the job easier. I think the nuts are 5/16" or 11/32". I'm sure someone else will add to this list. Russ
