Years ago folks would use a Pinto-Mustang II subframe. I'm trying to
squeeze a 460 in my Mav and would love to go the subframe route myself.
Looks like I'll be notching the shock towers afterall ($150 at the local
fabrication place). I intend to be the only one of my block with a big
block powered Mav:
Terry here (I believe) sent me some pics of his Mav with the shock towers
removed, looks like a slick setup to me. Check it out.
