Can the frt section of the pass frt inner wheel house be replace

Hello I just bought a 1970 maverick 2 door and the battery acid had rusted out the frt section of the pass side inner wheel house. Does anyone know if just that frt section can be replaced. If so does anyone have that frt section for sale. Thanks John
