I mounted my MSD box where my carbon cannister was. On the fender well behind the right shock tower. I drilled some half inch holes behind it to help keep it cool. It is out of the way of everything and helps keep the engine compartment from looking cluttered. You can't even see my box in pictures, I even have my MSD rpm activated switch for my NOS next to it and they are both out of site.
