mavman; sounds like a loose ground to me. Look under the dash, and see if all the grounds are good, and on bare, shiny metal. Next, check under the hood and around the car for the same, also loose 12v connections. Lastly, check the bulbs, and see if one is rusted or broken in the socket. If this doesn't fix it, check the wiring harness very closely for shorts in the harness and connectors. A lot of work, but well worth it. Good luck, and I hope this works for you. Earl
