Yes it will bolt in. But you will face a problem with the exhust header for clarence near the spring towers. Some hammer in the tower to make room depending on the header you are trying to use. The block demensions can be found in the FORD motorsports cat. for those are inclined to disagree. If you are determined to do it it can be done. Better to buy a stroker kit for 347 cu/in and have anew motor when your done.: It has the same size bore but a longer stroke and taller deck. Depending on who you ask it'll fit, but it IS bigger than a 302.

: : Where do you live? Yes you can drop in a 351W its the same size block with a larger bore & heads with larger ports. Bolts right up I have 1 of each in Detroit other parts also. Let me know what you need maybee I can help, Craig.
