Parking brake line

Last weekend I was at the U pull it, and found a complete parking brake system, I put it apart and cleaned it but I look like the line protection tube is clogged, its being under petroleum for 3 days, lots of WD40, and gasoline, but just can get a wire from one side to another.

Any ideas on how to clean all that dirt that must be there for more than 20 years ?
