Great instructions, as always, Dennis! Coincidentally I'm stripping a '70, too. The only problem I ran into--I couldn't get the knob off of the wiper control. Is there some kind of spring clip on it? I've already chipped "chrome" off of the knob--I don't want to do any more damage. Thanks, Doug
: On the light switch, there is a small button on the right side that you push in & the knob & shaft will pull out. The nut can then be removed with a regular screwdriver. For the wiper switch, pull the knob off, then use a pair of needle nosed plyers to straddle the shaft to get the nut. off
