I'm not sure why you would want a 195 degree thermostat, I would run a 160-165. Probably the biggest reason for over heating is the radiator. Flushing does very little. It only takes about 3 tubes to be open to run the volume of water that a garden hose can dish out. Take yours to a radiator shop & have it rodded out or recored.
